I was so excited
I love their shampoo, conditioner, and masks. I was very excited to try this but it burned my hair. After just one use the bristles are already out of place. The top part is rubbery or silicone so my hair gets stuck on it as well. There is no volume either, not for thin fine hair.

Heats Up Super Quick
It's amazing how fast this heats up. I like everything about this tool except the button placement. I find that when I'm doing my hair my hand constantly hits the buttons.

Doesnt work over seas
I bought this for a trip. I was going to Europe and had all the right adapters for London in Paris. When plugged in it said an error code my bionic and good hair day worked fine in Europe, but this item does not didn’t work in London and didn’t work in Paris. Overall, it’s OK. I do prefer just using the hairdryer and touching up at the curling iron. but if you’re looking for a fast on the go, this is good.

Broke before 6 months of partial use
I got this about six months ago and and cheaper version on Amazon. This one heats up and holds much better so I didn’t mind paying extra. But i didn’t use it everyday. Then I started experimenting with my new short hair and tried straightening and small curls so I used even less, sometimes not at all. When I went to use it again it had stopped turning on completely.

Easy to use, beautiful results
I was hesitant to get in fear this device would be gimmicky but I am so happy with the results it provides. You do have to have to be comfortable with how to use a round brush for it to work, if you’re not just practice a little bit. My only complaint is my fingers hit the buttons when I’m using it, but the buttons aren’t very sensitive so it doesn’t turn on and off, just annoying. Would recommend.

Salon-quality blowout!
Per the instructions, this long barrel brush is supposed to be used on dry hair so once my hair was completely dry, I sectioned it off into three different sections. The barrel heats up quickly, was super easy to use and glides through the hair easily to smooth and style while maintaining a consistent temperature. The brush uses infrared heat and ionic technology to gently heat the hair while helping to lock in moisture, leaving it looking polished, frizz free and healthy. The aloe infused bristles help to smooth hair and add shine which I was impressed with how quickly this was achieved. I twisted the brush gently at the ends of my hair to provide a nice curl. It leaves my hair looking smooth, shiny and bouncy. I especially love the volume and soft waves it gives my fine hair. It definitely gives a salon-quality blowout at home with minimal effort!!
