Needs more transparency of ingredients
Bought this product because I thought it was natural and soy free. After seeing the ingredient tocopheryl I called the company to see if this ingredient was derived from soy as it often is. After several calls and no response from the company, I decided to be safe and return. Also, smell is not great.

Carrageenan is a no-go
Well, shoot. I got so excited after receiving this product and trying it and having zero allergic reaction, that I was planning on keeping it and even purchasing the larger size. Then I looked at the ingredients and saw carrageenan. Can’t believe this is in a natural product when it’s been linked to many cancers. Super disappointed, as I would’ve kept this otherwise.

Nice but too thick for the packaging
The moisturizer worked great till I got to about 1/3 to 1/2 of the way down the bottle. Then it wouldn't pump out, even after stirring and trying to shake it. The cream is too thick for the pump mechanism. I ended up adding distilled water until the cream became liquid enough to pump out again. I won't buy it again. The scent is okay--not too strong. The moisturizer worked and didn't break out my sensitive skin.
