Not for me
Sadly this was not a win for me. I've never tried anything by this brand before. I've also never used a cleansing balm before although I'm familiar with how they work. Normally I double cleanse using oil to remove my makeup. I thought the cleansing balm would help skip a step. This didn't remove my makeup and as a result I had to scrub harder to get my makeup off. My face felt irritated and stripped. I've tried using varying amounts in case I was using too much or too little. Unfortunately, I couldn't make this work for me.

Feel and smell
If a product doesn't smell good I won't use. This cleansing balm smells awesome- subtle wholesome, natural, scent. My skin feels so soft and glowing after use. So glad I tried this product. Use the brightening cleanser in morning and this at night.

Would not repurchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected a thicker more penetrating cleansing balm. This one is thinner in texture. It did not provide enough moister to remove impurities like I expected it to. The scent was not overpowering which was good compared to the other products I tried. I think some would enjoy this balm but it was not for me.

Worth a shot!

If this was in a different package, I would repurchase. I had to fumble too much to get the cap back on. Otherwise, another great product from IL.

Love the product, not the container.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product and I use it on my face, neck, chest and hands. Keeps my skin soft and supple. I'm not in love with the packaging. I tried using the key to roll the end down to get all the product to the top, but the container cracked after a few uses once rolled, and the product oozed out the sides.
