What it does: It gently cleanses the face and eliminates impurities to unveil fresher and younger-looking skin. Its foam texture provides a unique moment of relaxation, leaving skin smooth, soft and supple.
How to use: Massage onto damp skin to create a luxurious lather. Rinse off and pat dry.

I hate writing this....
I have used this product for 20 years and would recommend this to everyone. However the most current bottle I have is different. The formula smells like a harsh chemical. I am not certain what changed but I am begging, please change it back. I now can't use this product. I need to search for something else. And that makes me sad.

No more refills?
I like this product but it's a little too drying for me to use each day, so I use it every other day. Unfortunately, it looks like the refill is no longer sold so I guess I need to switch brands yet again.

Refill bag please
I have complicated skin and this cleansing foam has been great! I've used it for 20years and am sad that they haven't brought back the refill bags. It's a big part of what made using this light natural product so appealing. Now it's like any other skincare product. I'll come back to L'oxie when the refill bags are back. Ciao for now!

Bring back the refill bag!
I've been exclusively using this product since its release. I was a focus group participant when the Immortelle line was being rolled out . Loved it from the start. Was delighted with the option to buy refill bags. My current bottle is nearly empty, but I won't be buying a new pump, because I'll choose to believe that you're bringing the refill bag back to market. Please bring the eco bag back and save us from wasting so many plastic pump bottles.
