so far so good
I started using it recently and have only had one session done. So far I can say that: 1) it is very easy to use; 2) I haven't experienced any pain yet even though I used the highest setting; 2) I can see the hair growing slightly thinner than before. It is still dark and and heavy... but after just one session, I can already feel a softer texture. Also, it is taking the hair longer to grow than it did before. I have high hopes and expecting to be hair-less once I complete the 7 sessions. My hair is dark and thick. My skin is brown.

Garbage!
I bought the Precise Touch device twice at Nordstrom. First one was broken when I took it out of the box -- the place where you insert the plug into the device was out of alignment, and there was no way to insert the plug. I could also hear something rattling around inside the device. I returned it to the store, and they ordered a new one to be sent to my house. This one was also broken right out of the box. This one is missing one of the metal "RF contact bars" that are necessary to make it work. It's also missing the stand. The quality control on these products is absolutely terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. It is very expensive garbage!

works
i bought this for my bikini area and arm pits. I'm asian with medium golden skin tone. This worked for me in my arm pits. It semi worked for my bikini area. It's taking a longer while for the coarser hairs but it works great on the thinner hairs like in my armpit. I've been using this for 2 months now and I'm pleased with the results.

So far, so good
Trying out this device for hair removal/reduction. So far I have done 2 treatments to my underarm and bikini area. I started with level 1 and had no pain. On the second treatment, I just went for level 3 without a problem. You have to keep the device plugged in while in use. This requires you to be near an outlet, but there is no limit in the time the machine can be in use. Other at home machines only last for 15-30 minutes before needing to be recharged. It is easy to use and set up. I have fair skin and brown/auburn hair. I will give it 5 stars if i see results.

Purchased and followed directions for use exactly. With light skin and dark hair, I should be a prime consumer for this product. Noted no reduction in hair growth. Returned.

worth a try
I am skeptical of most beauty products. But I caved, and here we are... so far I've done 2 treatments on my legs and have noticed that my legs aren't as spiky after one day of shaving. my hair grows really fast and it seems something is different. it took about 45 min. to do my legs and it was painless... all that you feel is a slight warmth when the light flashes. this is super easy to use and convenient
