Definitely waterproof
Received this jacket just in time for a rainstorm, and it held up well. The hood is a little awkward and I could barely see out of it and kept having to push it back, and if you're petite, you'll swim in the arms, like I do, but overall, this is a cute and functional jacket, and the price is right on sale. I usually wear a 6 and sized up to an 8, and this was the right fit for me.

Attractive but not breathable
Attractive and well made rain jacket but the fabric felt like rubber or vinyl. Water proof but uncomfortable. I returned it.
