Shattered and poor resolution
It came in poor packaging and it was shattered. I ordered 3 for identical gifts and was told there were more so i could just order another, rather than him replace it. However, he assured me there were more in stock. He wouldn’t replace it, only refund. I’m sure because he knew it was sold out and he was unmotivated and listless. Customer service was lazy and disappointing. I opened the other 2 following the call and they both had cracks in them. I can’t tell if it’s the candle or the packaging. I’m going to have to call again tomorrow. Ugh.

Waited awhile to get delivered, received used.
It took more than 2 weeks to arrive, unusual for Nordstrom delivery, received used. There’s a ring of melted wax around the edges of the glass and the wick was clearly trimmed. I was skeptical when it said “only 1 left” available. Who would’ve thought Nordstrom employees would send a clearly used/returned item. Very disappointing.

Poorly Packaged
I picked up the item in store and it was given to me broken and I didn’t notice until I got home. This is the 3rd time with candles I have purchased that they were broken due to poor packaging.
