Fragrance story: Ilio is Greek for sun. To celebrate summer, Diptyque beckons you in for a relaxing, sunny stay on the Mediterranean coast. Turquoise waves ripple on the horizon, colorful parasols stud the beach and the evenings stretch late into the night. On the bottle, sultry, high-impact washes of color by French artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet pay tribute to languid Mediterranean living. An invitation to savor the delights of summer.

definitely summer!

Love this light and airy mist. It is not floral or sweet or too clean. It’s a fresh scent, a little powdery and it reminds me of the soap you use at a 5-star hotel. It is gender neutral and can be layered with lotions or perfume of choice.

Sample caused skin irritation

I used the sample of this in SpaceNK in Kingston. Sprayed a bit on my arm and a few hours later that area is red and sore. I did also try the Citronelle and Geranium body spray on the other arm and no problem - which is lucky as I purchased that one. Just glad I did not spray on my face!

Lovely summer Scent

The Ilio scent is my favourite summer perfume so I was delighted when I saw the mist spray in store. It’s a beautiful light and refreshing scent and summery. I do agree with some of the other reviews that it doesn’t have a great longevity, but I love the smell so much that I’ll still use as my go to summer scent and the body mist is easier for travelling.

No lasting smell

I was excited to buy this and take to Dubai where it was very hot. Unfortunately once sprayed there was only a smell for a few seconds and then nothing. I sprayed onto my face too which was fine but a bit of a waste of money to just use as a face spray when there are a number of cooling and hydrating face mists and sprays on the market a lot cheaper

Nice smell, doesn’t last.

I bought this because I love this scent. I was a bit disappointed as it doesn’t last at all and once I sprayed I couldn’t smell it.

Smells of absolutely nothing

Having tried the Ilio perfume, but not needing an entire bottle I thought a little body spray would be ideal. Sadly this smells of very little from the first spray, then quickly fades within seconds to absolutely nothing at all, not even a whisper of it on skin. Definitely not worth the money.
