Other reviewers mentioned how they could not fit their foot in these shoes because they are so narrow. I got a size down (at the advice of the gucci rep) and they were tight initially but they are canvas and leather. I got a shoe stretcher and just like any other leather loafer, it requires a breaking in period. I put on large socks and wore them a little at a time, kept the shoe stretcher in them when not wearing for short periods of time. I used a leather softener, slowly molded them to my feet. It took a few weeks and wore them short for short periods around the house at first. Now they are the best and only pair of loafers I own. Gucci shoes are the best investment.

I wear a size 41 in Gucci shoes with soft leather (I.e. Brixton loafers). Hard leather or in the case of this shoe hard canvas, I wear a 42. I have wide feet so I was skeptical that the 42 would even work but I love them. They’re comfortable enough to walk the mall in although slightly heavy. If you can find a size that works for you, you’re in luck!
