- Care Instructions: Proper care of your fabric lampshade will help maintain its beauty and extend its lifespan. 1. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and dirt from the lampshade's surface. 2. Position your lampshade away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause colours to fade. 3. Dampen a clean, soft cloth with the soapy water and gently blot the stains. Do not rub vigorously, as this can damage the fabric. Allow the lampshade to air dry completely before reattaching it to the lamp.
