Luxe Insulated Convertible Mini Backpack

I have used this cooler as a lunch bag for nearly two years. It is the most complimented item I own! Once I was nervous because I was in the elevator with the President of the university I work in and he started talking to me to tell me he loved my bag. I was a cancer patient and this does a great job at holding all my healthy snacks, juices, and lunch. I used it to travel with an ice pack and it kept all my food cold. Best item I have ever purchased!

I was so excited for this but after using it once I will never use it again. The sliding strap makes it almost impossible to get on and off. Then once you do get it on it sits on your back awkwardly. If you want a backpack that looks good sitting on the shelf this is your bag because you will never want to use it other than that. Thoroughly disappointed.

SO gorgeous, seems to be holding temp well! I'm using Igloo's ice packs, so haven't tested the leak issue but wouldn't have expected a zipper like that to hold liquid. (ICE PACKS: the bubble issue is popping up in mine.) Definitely needed to sew the backpack strap to the loop in the back, not sure why it doesn't come this way to begin with. Strap adjustment points do seem to be staying, though. Zipper does stick a bit in the corners, frustrating to need two hands to open and close. Would recommend purely for the looks, but frustrating to spend that much on a less-than perfect product.
