A little small if you want it to tie tight in the back though it will probably not offer enough support and be loose in rib cage so would get true to size but expect a more open back. Color is gorgeous. Not a lot of chest support unless you tie it tight. I might should have tried two different sizes but if you have a smaller chest you should be fine going true to size
