Definitely size up!
I wear a US 8.5 but usually buy a 9 in boots to allow for thick socks. The 9 in this boot was uncomfortably short. Since it doesn't come in half sizes, I ordered a 10 and although they are a little loose, I can wear thicker socks and they fit well with an additional insole. I wish more boot manufacturers would recognize that feet don't come in even sizes! I also noticed the calf circumference on this is a little narrow so they wouldn't work for larger calves. I can tuck in my pants with these but just barely. I held the sole of this boot up against another brand in a size 9, and the 9 was actually larger than the Baffin in a 10.
Other than sizing issues, these are wonderful! Super lightweight and comfortable. They feel like wearing a puffy jacket on your feet.

runs small
Love the boot but it runs small. I’m a true 8 and my toes hit the end. Bummer… nice and light and I love the tightening factor for the top so snow does not creep in! I’ll probably try a size up…
