Hypnotising Pop Shots Eyeshadow

I wanted to love this product so badly, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The packaging is gorgeous, the glitter is like a disco ball (in a good way), and the pigment stays all day, but I had sparkles all over my face from the fallout! It didn’t seem to matter if I applied the shadow first, cleaned under my eye, and then applied foundation, etc., or if I applied it with different brushes, or my finger tip, my under eye was full of sparkles and that was certainly not the look I was going for. Maybe I got a bad one, but I was very disappointed and had to return it.
