What it is: A cleansing balm that is the first step in a healthy skin care routine that effectively preps skin for treatment products.
What it does: This soothing, balm-like cleanser gently removes makeup and is infused specialized botanical extracts that completely remove all traces of stubborn makeup and impurities without leaving your skin dry or irritated.
How to use: With clean, dry hands, apply a small amount of balm to your hand and warm between your fingers. Once you feel it starting to melt, apply to your dry face and being to gently massage in circular motions all over your face. If you have eye makeup on, lightly massage the eye area until the makeup starts to break down. Gently remove with a warm, damp cloth.

It works! Fast, effective makeup remover.
It works! Fast, effective makeup remover, with good ingredients. I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about that it’s not effective at removing all makeup cause this stuff is like a magic eraser for my makeup and great for when I’m in a hurry in the shower. It even works for waterproof mascara. I use the Hydropeptide cleansing gel (also sooo good) after this for the rest of my face/cleansing, and it’s an amazing 1-2 punch. Remember this is a makeup remover, not an all in one cleanser. But those 2 products together is amazing!!

Not for me
I love a ton of hydropeptides products but I'm not a fan of this one. The texture is so thick it just doesnt leave my face feeling great. Goes on and off like expensive vasoline.

Doesn't remove all make-up
The product doesn't remove all make-up. I still have to use micellar water to remove eye liner/mascara. It also leaves your face feeling oily so you definitely need a cleanser afterwards. Even after using this product and a cleanser, I usually see foundation residue on my cotton swab when I'm putting on toner.

It works fine
I decided to try this product due to it's healthy ingredients that won't irritate my skin, it's definitely better than a regular make-up remover wipes and I like how my my skin feels afterwards, but is it the best balm I've tried on market? probably not, since it takes a while to wash it off my face and i still feel like I need to use it twice to make sure to remove all the product from my face.
