this hat looks like it lost a fight with a cat!!
SUPER fast delivery, perfectly packaged in a box. I’m super happy with Nordstroms and their customer service, products and almost overnight deliveries. I highly recommend buying from Nordstroms. Unfortunately this particular hat came SUPER scratched!! Very first time this has happened since they’re now shipping in proper Melin Boxes! Picture attached, it’s hard to capture the scratches, it’s worse in person unfortunately. Perhaps it’s a Melin manufacturing issue, I’m sure Nordstroms doesn’t have cats packaging orders. Haha
