Straw lid is unusable.
One Star refers only to the straw lid. Worked okay the first couple days, but then it started getting more an more air through the straw and now its more air than liquid and it's unusable. The straw is not falling off... it's not even loose... it's just a defect. The Hydro Flask site indicates they are aware of a bad batch of these lids with this problem and they will replace them. Unfortunately, I have to go to point of purchase, so I'm hoping Nordstroms is aware of this problem and will have working straw lids in store to exchange for me.

Straw does not work
Flask does keep water very cold but the straw connection does not work. Have looked at reviews from other sites and this is a real issue with others. I would suggest a different model of this flask.

Laguna Similar To Pacific in Color
Hydroflasks are great but I wanted the color to be more teal. Combined pic showing what Laguna looks like in person vs what it looks like online. The Laguna color looks really similar to Pacific.

Best Thing Ever!
I have heard many people rave about Hydroflasks and how long they can keep things cold/hot and they were not lying. I absolutely love having ice water, and with the Hydroflask my water stays ice cold all day long. I had ice in it at night, woke up the next morning and it still had ice in it. The ice lasted 10 hours! I haven’t tried hot drinks in it, but I will never regret my Hydroflask purchase.
