MUST HAVE!
Who likes hot beverages that go luke warm with in a matter of minutes? No one! This flask is a God send if you need something that will literally keep your hot beverages warmer for hours! I fell in love with mine so much that I have been buying all my family members ones for gifts! Definitely worth purchasing!

SOO MUCH POTENTIAL BUT...
I was looking for a coffee mug that is small and easy to bring to work that keeps my coffee hot... This would have been great if the lid closed. Unfortunately had to return because of the open mouth piece. Not functional for working in a hospital.

I love it, stay hot for 2 hour and start to cool down ,which great for coffee mug. I used for tea , stay warm for 5 hours driving and enjoyed my tea. Going buy another for my husband

Warranty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best experience ever dealing with warranty claim. Step by step clear instructions and replacement procedures. Couldn’t ask for much more, color was incorrect, sage vs gray, but I still like it and will use it as my go to daily and camping mug!
