What it does: Packed with a moisturizing blend of vitamin B5, betaine, hydroviton and sweet almond oil, this conditioner helps to strengthen and hydrate strands while improving scalp health. Promising not to weigh hair down or leave any greasy residue, it reveals more manageable hair that’s infused with a subtle scent of rose, pepper and Ssage.

what has happened to Nordstrom ?

Not only are items not as described but items are missing when shipped? I ordered two items and only received one? Not only this, but order was gift eligible when I ordered the items. As you can see in the photo, only one item has arrived and absolutely zero gifts as described were included. Nordstrom used to be a high end store with quality luxury items. Now, not only are there all sorts of scams going on when ordering items in store and online. But you also have the worst card services ever. Iv shad to resort to living without a Nordstrom card even though I’d been a member for a decade. All of a sudden, card suspended and can’t even open a new one. I don’t even know why I bother shopping anymore. It’s all chaos and the more reviews I see of customers receiving opened beauty products and smelly clothes people receive which are purchased at full price from Nordstrom , not off the rack, it makes me feel very disappointed as a longtime shopper. Do better !

Avoid!!

Shrinkflation at its best - the old conditioner was the same price for 1L, and the old one was better! This one is horrible, you have to use so much to get it to do anything. Avoid!

ive been a long term fan of GA since trying out them first time at a spa 10 years ago, and religiously recommend all their products to friends and families. I bought this set for my partner and got negative feedback, I was in disbelief at first but when i tried them out myself, i realized their formula and texture definitely changed since acquired by L'Occitane. Surely bottles went from 500ml standard to 300ml. Both the shampoo and conditioner became watery, and let my hair dry, instead of nourished like before. This was one of my all time fav and go to shampoo/conditioner duo for a few years as they clean my hair and scalp thoroughly while leaving natural scents, the foam was rich and fine, now three pumps won't achieve what it used to be with just one pump. Very sad. Will have to switch to other brands unfortunately.

Avoid at all costs

Wow this stuff is bad. The smell is awful - utterly awful. It is also really heavy and doesn't actually condition the hair.

ineffective and smelly

Feels hydrating but doesn’t leave my hair that way. It all washes out without feeling like it made a difference. Also I don’t want my hair to smell like pepper and sage. I’m not a breakfast sausage.

Great Hair Care and Great Smell

I tried this shampoo and conditioner at a hotel in NOLA, and loved it. I have very long, thick hair, and the shampoo cleaned it well without having to wash it multiple times. The conditioner was amazing. I am always struggling to u tangle my hair after a shower, and this conditioner took half the work out of that process, making my hair manageable and smooth. I’ll be buying these products for use at home! I’ve seen several comments about the fragrance of the products. I find it very appealing. If you don’t like the scent of essential oils, though, you probably won’t like it. I’m a fan of
