HYDRA BEAUTY MICRO SÉRUM Intense Replenishing Hydration

I'm a bit obsessed with Chanel skincare and makeup. I've used an entire Chanel regimen exclusively for the past year and received comments right away from friends, sister and even my father in law. There are at least 20 different Chanel products in my bathroom right now and I love them ALL. Except... this one. And I've completed two bottles and on to my third so it isn't for a lack of trying. I gave this product a three hundred dollar chance and I am unimpressed. First, it is not hydrating for my skin. Everyone is different but my dry skin could care less how much of this serum I slather on. I always follow it with a hydra beauty gel creme or... (my favorite!!!) a Sublimage masque (I die!! It's MAGIC!) The serum has an annoying texture, it feels like a thin film on my face. I have to use a very hydrating creme to make the serum's texture go away. One month ago I switched from Chanel serum to a combination of Hyaluronic Acid, Retinol and vitamin C serum. I went with a super clinical, no fragrance, no frills brand at $25 an ounce. Not cheap but not luxury either. There was an immediate difference, my skin was more hydrated for longer in the day. When I switched back to the Chanel for a week, I regretted it. The Chanel product feels cheap on my skin, sticky and gives it a weird texture. I'm done with it!!!

I have tried many many products that don't deliver results claimed. Received a sample of this in a magazine and gave it a try. I applied at bedtime and when I got up in the morning and looked in the mirror I saw an incredible improvement in my skin! I'm ordering the full size today. It is a great product. Try it- I promise you will love it. Thank you Chanel!!!!!!!!

The Chanel Hydra Beauty line is a must have in my facial and neck care routine. I have dry skin, with persistent very dry flakiness at my temples and at times along my cheekbones. I purchased this serum specifically to address those areas - my other Hydra Beauty products keep the rest of my dry facial and neck areas in check and moisturized. And let me tell you: the serum works! Within several days use I could see and feel improvement. Wow! Also, a little goes a long ways, very soothing when applied. Highly recommend for targeting very dry skin areas on face and neck.

I really liked the product previous to this, the HYDRA BEAUTY SERUM, but I’m just not a fan of the Micro Serum. The previous product was creamy and felt lovely on the skin. I really wish Chanel would bring it back. The Micro Serum is gel-like and I’ve tried two bottles and still do not like it.
