Coach used to be high end
Coach bags used to be well made and were considered high end. No longer. The last three looked very cheap, with metal hardware that you would find on a bag at a super discout store. The leather on this bag looks like vinyl.

Quality bag, well designed
These bags are really beautiful in person. They are versatile - can be an over the shoulder or crossbody or even a clutch and surprisingly roomy, with expandability in the main compartment and side pocket. I bought both the black and saddle and am tempted to get the similar ivory bag. These are a great deal for the quality and especially so during the anniversary sale. Coach really seems to have upped its game with updated styles and thoughtful design.
