LOVE! Perfect for petite women.
I’ve wanted Hunter rain boots for SO long, but the adult sizes were too tall for me. I am 5’0” and I usually wear a 5.5 (heels, sandals) or 6 (athletic shoes, boots) in women’s. I ordered the Big Kids 4 M and they fit perfectly! Even with thick socks I have a little bit of extra room around my feet and calves. The height is spot on! So thankful for the person who recommended the 4 M (Big Kid) if you fit 6 (Women) and under - and a 5 M (Big Kid) if you occasionally go above a 6.5 (Women). Plus, these cost so much less than the “adult” versions. Very happy with this purchase!

Great purchase
They look just like the picture. You can wear them with thick socks comfortably. They are sturdy and will last a very long time!

Obsessed
I received a pair of Women's Hunter boots as a gift. As much as I loved them, I am a short person and the tall boots hit me at the top of the knee, which made walking somewhat uncomfortable. I didn't want to get short boots instead, because I don't like that look. Lucky for me, I tried the kids size! If you are a Women's 6 or 7 you can get away with the kid's size 4 or 5. And they are muchhhhh cheaper! These boots are perfect because they are taller than the women's short boots, but not as tall as the women's tall boots, which make them just right! I am now OBSESSED with these and I am buying all different colors of boot socks to go with them.

Perfect for petite women
I just love these boots. What's great about this big kid height is that it hits my legs about 2" from the bottom of my knee. I am 5'2" with short/average legs and adult-sized Hunter boots always hit mid-kneecap - they looked weird and like I was wearing "mom's boots" but also rubbed on my knees a lot and was uncomfortable.
I bought this big-kid Hunter in size: UK3, 4M/5F, EU35/36. The fit is nice but I do have to wear thick sweater-like socks to feel a snug fit, not a surprise though because I am a solid size 35 in other designer brand shoes. The sole is very comfortable, and the boot is overall very light and the rubber is nice on the skin even on bare skin. The width of the boot is nice and narrow for thin legs, but still fit athletic calves, so I think many petite women would find these a good fit.
I bought the hot pink color and I am constantly getting compliments ... mostly by men, and not in a creepy way but just because I think the color makes people happy. The color makes me happy, especially in Seattle where we all wear a lot of black and gray.

Perfect rain boot
I ordered these after doing a lot of research on rain boots and Hunters, specifically. I am a size 7 in women's shoes. I ordered a 5 in children's because I read about the women's sizes going too high up the calf for shorter women. The kids size is perfect and I even saved money doing it this way! The boots are adorable and I look forward to rainy days.

Worth the Cash
Great boots! I ordered the Big Kid size 4 and it fits perfectly even though I am not a kid. I usually wear a 5.5 or maybe a 6 and this boot is long/wide enough for thicker socks but is not too long/wide for thin Smartwool socks. They look great, are very comfortable and look streamlined not clunky.

So cute and classy
I am usually a size 5 in women's. I ordered a 4 in big kids and with a pair of heavy socks they are just right. Although I was told a size 3 in big kids was equivalent to a 5 in women's I think it would have been too small. I added an Ugg insole in there just for a little extra comfort (Hunter sells their own insoles but they are harder to find). My feet were warm and very cozy. I can't wait to wear them for my upcoming London trip!
