Run large
Boots look awesome but they run big in all sizes. I am a @ and can’t go to a 10 or and 8 because of being too small and big. Will Need to wear thicker socks to make them fit. It’s almost like the size is a .5 too big on all levels. Really annoying

Only lasted 2 months
I really liked these boots at first despite how difficult they were to get on. I know it takes a bit of time to break them in. I wore them for light gardening and dog walking. Within two months the heel of my left boot tore off. Absolutely unacceptable for such light use, especially only two months after purchasing. I'm not happy at all.

Cheap, overpriced, shoes didn't last 3 months
I was excited for these boots. I needed something to walk my dogs in the rain that I can just pull on. I paid almost $200 for these in at the Black Card Christmas party at Washington Square Nordstroms on 12/9/23. After a few weeks, the stiched on pull tabs both came off. There was only 1 layer of stiches holding on this critical piece. I know this is the weakspot of most chelsea boots, so when you're shopping for boots like these, always check the quality of stitching on the pull tabs. If they do a bad job here, you know the rest of the boot is junk. Because of all the booze that Nordstroms gave me at this party, I missed my quality control. I got these boots and within 3 months of nothing more than walking the dogs, the sole on the right shoe (which is only glued on) completely separated, rendering the boots useless. These rubber boots couldn't even handle daily dog walks from December through the end of February. They're a complete disappointment and waste of money.
