New Version Not Good
I’ve bought these for years and absolutely love them, I don’t know if my hair & nails are any better, but I just love the taste, and take 2 after lunch as a sweet dessert.
Well, this new version, new bottle, new heart shape and new flavor are terrible. The cap in the new bottle gets stuck and the flavor is just terrible. They taste rancid. Returning and never buying again after so many years of being a loyal customer.

It Works!
I bought these from another beauty store which I wont name but they were dry and not great. They did work slightly, in that my hair was a bit longer and healthier than before, so I thought I'd reorder from Nordstrom. I'm so glad I did! These were fresher, they didnt have that dried up quality the first one I bought did. By the end of the second month my hair was longer, healthier, and also less frizzy for some reason? I love that these are gummies AND vegetarian. One thing I must say is that you have to take it after your meal-I've tried taking them without eating and they give me terrible nausea. Eat two at a time once a day after meals and get ready for great hair.

Skin broke out
I've decided that the trade off of a thinner hair line or broken out skin isn't worth it.
My skin finally stopped breaking out, but since I've started this product, my skin is terrible. Huge pimples that won't stop popping up.

Awesome! It works!
My hair was starting to thin out a bit, so I decided to do something about it. I started taking HUM supplements, and these gummies are doing the trick! My hair feels better, and it’s quickly getting thicker. The best part is that these gems taste like gummy bears. It totally reminds me of my childhood. It’s such an awesome product that really delivers and tastes like a sweet treat.

Sweet Hair= Sweet Life
I love love love HUM hair sweet hair gummies, after taking for 2 weeks I noticed a major improvement in the health of my hair, nails and skin. Mostly too the amount of hair I was shedding when washing was decreased tremendously. I would highly recommend! I don't want to stop using! :)
