The Best!
I was really struggling with hormonal acne, and acne as a result of stress. I had tried so many different products to get rid of it. I eat clean and exercise and I drink plenty of water so I wasn’t sure what else I could do. I literally tried everything. Since getting this my hormonal acne has been 98% cured. I will get one to two spots right before my cycle. But other than that I have 100% clear skin. My stomach is very sensitive and I often cannot take vitamins or supplements because they will make me nauseous. I have had no side effects with these! I am so happy to have found this brand, and this cleanse!

Worth it
As I close in on turning thirty, I'm blessed with a baby face and the skin of a hormonal teenager. Not a great confidence boost when you're trying to hold your own at the office. I tried these capsules on a desperate whim and I'm so glad that I did. The first two weeks saw a breakout surge as my skin tried to detox itself but after that, it was smooth sailing. My face, chest, and back were clearer than I had ever seen them. Two small warnings: 1) Do remain diligent - your breakouts will return if you miss several days and 2) there will be a slight algae taste in your throat after you first take them, but nothing terrible. For me, they've definitely been worth it.

Wonderful Cleanse
These have worked so well with helping to clear up my adult acne. I did experience a purge when about 5 days into the cleanse and it lasted about two weeks. Since then, my face has been so clear. I've gotten tons of compliments about how great my skin looks. I've been fighting with adult acne for nearly 12 years. My advice is to take the pills first thing in the morning. I got heartburn when I took them later in the day, or after I'd already had coffee.

Another staple vitamin I take daily!! I pair it with flatter me!!! These two together make a perfect cocktail to help flush toxin's from our body!!! I love that all the HUM product's are non GMO that is a major factor for me!!!
