Ultra Wide Waistband Leggings

I'm an older gal with all the problems that go along with that.. Not quite as solid or shapely and those ever present bumps...These leggings are great for me...I look smooth shapely and feel confident with a tunic top to go anywhere I please....I usually wear boots but could go with heels as well...I purchased these in the brown and have just placed an order for them in black and gray....Just because we're older doesn't mean we have to look frumpy....Give them a try...I think you'll like them...They were true to size for me. A little long I'm 5 feet 2 and 165 I purchased them in M but you can tuck them under..I don't usually. I let them scrunch a bit at the bottom...Hope this helps you all.

I am 6'2", 180lbs. Waist size: 31", hips: 45", inseam: 36". It is always difficult for me to find quality pants and leggings that are long enough and don't become transparent when I bend over (due to my generously-sized derrière). I bought these in a large (black) and they fit marvelously. They are not only long enough to wear with boots or any closed shoe (they leave basically my ankle bare with regular shoes but that really doesn't matter), but they are insanely comfortable. The fit, with the wide waistband, is really flattering and they are warm enough to wear in cooler fall weather (upper 50s-lower 60s; haven't experienced wearing them in winter yet). I also love that I can pull them up to a mid-rise for no inappropriate views from the back when I bend over (they don't slide down and show my crack). The only downside for me is that they are not as thick as I would have liked. I have a pair of solid black leggings from Gap that are so thick and dark you can't find any transparency (waistband is just not too comfy) and although the transparency in these is minimal, it's there. I imagine - due to this lack of thickness for a heavier legging - that they won't be as warm in the colder winter months. Altogether, they're a great go-to and I wear them at least three times a week. I would love to buy another pair in a dark gray.

I was singing the praises of these leggings for the past few years. Told all my friends about them, linked to them whenever someone would complain about not being able to find good leggings. I personally own about 12 pair. Not anymore. I can't fathom why Hue would change the fabric when clearly that's why so many women were buying them, but they did. The new fabric is way thinner, definitely see-through and generally low quality. The waistband stayed the same, oddly, but the fabric is just terrible now and certainly not worth the money. Sad, because these were such a staple in my wardrobe.

I bought these in 2019 and LOVED them. So thick and soft. They lasted me 4 years of constant wear. Something changed, as the exact same ones I ordered in the same size are much thinner and already pilling after a few wears. Disappointed to say the least. Especially at the price point. Would not buy again.

I just ordered a replacement pair for my old hue ultra wide waistband leggings...these are not the same at all...thin, less comfortable, attracts lint...I wore my old ones out and am in leggings everyday whether at home or on the go, and these are not the same quality or comfort at all. I wish Hue would have kept the leggings the same!! They are still the same waistband so I am recommending them for that reason.

These are a nice quality legging, thick enough that skin doesn't show through (I hate that!) but not bulky. very stretchy lycra, snaps back into place when taken off, they don't get baggy. I've already washed them and they came out great. They're a little long--I'm 5'7" and I have to fold the legs up so they don't hang below my heels! I don't mind but if you're shorter these will be very long on you. But the good quality and nice colors are worth it. The grey is a nice one, charcoal without being too close to black; the brown is a chocolate, exactly what I wanted.
