Huddles Sheep Stuffed Animal

I originally bought this adorable lamb around Easter. I gifted it to my new niece and all was well... until I saw a picture of it on my app and realized the little lamb was missing! Somehow they were separated in the display and I only purchased the big one. For $40 this felt completely rude. There was no indication that this was a 2 part item or was the little lamb secured with the other. I had to reorder it from the site and have it shipped to the store. Then I had to collect if from my niece which was super distasteful and confusing for her. Then go back to the store to exchange it and be issued a refund for one of the purchases. The staff were also not that helpful. This was the best plan they could come up with. Really?! I checked the new one and the little lamb just comes right out, it's not even sewed in its arms! This was a total waste of time, energy and money.
