HTA Sling Belt Bag

I love this bag. It’s so well designed; small, compact, fits all my essentials. I have back and neck issues and cannot have a heavy handbag on my shoulder. I wear this sling bag as a cross body and don’t even know I’m wearing it. My husband and I are currently in Europe. I’m thankful I purchased this bag. It’s the only bag I bought with me. Perfect.

In my view, you get this to hold valuable items as you travel to limit pickpocketing. They over designed the strap. It would be super easy for someone to get this off of you. There is a little button on the back and it releases quite quickly. I think the designer was trying to make something "cool" when in reality it defats the purpose of this. Dudes don't generally want to be wearing this. If they are it is to limit possible theft. This bag is not a good tool for that.

First time that I haven't given BR 5 stars. The quality is nice as usual. Two things I didn't like. First, the sling is bulky, even when empty. Not great if you want to squeeze it in your carry-on bag for use after you arrive. Second, since I bought this to securely carry items on my front while out sightseeing, etc., I wasn't thrilled there is a quick release bucket that falls in the middle of my back. I understand thieves will cut straps, but not necessary on this one. Nice item, but I would prefer it was less industrial-strength/bulky and that the strap release was next to the bag. The earbud pocket is a nice idea but it was too small for mine.
