Pretty Good
I would actually rate this backpack at 3 1/2 stars. This pack in my option is better than the @work medium cargo backpack in terms of storage, especially for tech gear. There are padded pockets enough for two laptops and a tablet
My criticism is comfort. The pack when tested at home seems to carry pretty heavy in comparison to other packs I’ve tested in the same price range. It could be because the straps are not particularly wide or the position of the strap attachment to the pack.
I have concerns about the long term comfort of the bag. I am still in the return window, so may need to return as I haven’t used it in outside in public yet.
For the price, I had hoped for the storage and organization that this pack has but for better comfort.

Med Cargo Backpack
This backpack is already exceeding my expectations. I travel weekly for work and my bags endure a lot of wear and tear. This backpack is sturdy, packs more than it appears, and is a great addition to my B&R collection of gear. Loads of storage, good organization, easily holds laptop, ipad, books, cords, hidden pocket for passport and side pockets for those quick access needs. Great bag. Would buy again (but won’t have to because the lifetime guarantee means if it ever breaks, free repair or replace)!

Overall great backpack
I bought this backpack after having a B&R slim backpack for 5 years because I needed more storage for travel. I’ve been traveling a few weeks now overseas and here’s my thoughts. My favorite parts of this backpack are the amount of pockets, the style, the hidden storage, and overall quality feels like B&R standard. When I first received it I was skeptical of the foam padding along the back and straps as it felt cheaper than my previous backpack but after using it I’ve realized it’s way more breathable.
My biggest complaints are the zippers get stuck on the fabric that connects the pocket seams a lot… to be honest I may cut these off so the main compartment can open more smoothly. I also wish there was some slight more structural stiffness in the back. My old backpack was fairly firm and it made sliding a laptop or iPad in the back easy. With this backpack, if I have it stuffed to the brim, the back loses some integrity if there’s not a laptop already in it. Lastly, I wish there was a chest strap. For such a big backpack, you’d likely be carrying some weight. A removable chest strap would help a lot.

Medium Cargo Backpack
Backpack is wee designed and constructed of quality materials. It has more than enough storage space. It is lightweight and fits easily under the airplane seat. It has a classic design and appearance.

I had been hoping B&R
I had been hoping B&R would come out with a replacement similar to my old backpack. This one has all the same pockets and enclosures and feels like it will better protect my laptop and other valuables, not to mention the ability to lock the main compartment. I am very pleased.
