What it is: A limited-edition lighting essential edit with three best-selling and three new shades of blush, bronzer, highlighter and finishing powder.

What it does: This palette is filled with everything you need to create the perfect light wherever you go. Each shade is formulated with Photoluminescent Technology to diffuse surrounding light for skin that appears lit-from-within. Travel-friendly, it is presented in a polished gold compact with architectural facets.

Palette includes:

- Ambient Lighting Powder in Dim Light

- Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light

- Ambient Strobe Lighting Powder in new Glistening Strobe Light

- Ambient Lighting Bronzer in new Natural Bronze Light

- Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure

How to use: Apply Diffused Light or Dim Light all over the face. Contour along the temples, hollows of the cheeks and jawline with Natural Bronze Light. Apply Mood Exposure or Vibrant Flush to the apples of your cheeks. Apply Glistening Strobe Light to the high points of your face, such as the tops of your cheeks, bridge of your nose, brow bone and cupid's bow. It can be used wet for a more intense highlight.

It's Magic!
This stuff is amazing, truly. I look like me, but better - more like a magazine picture me. I am in my early 40's and have not ever been a makeup buff, I barely know what to do with foundation. I am going to be getting married likely before the pandemic is over, so I am taking on the daunting task of doing my own makeup for the big event. It took me two times figure out how to best use this with my pale skin and here are my tips: (1) the instruction card they give you in the package is pretty good as a general guide, use it, (2) you can liberally apply the dim and ambient light, mix and match them, etc., (3) on pale skin, go very easy on the bronzer and blush, a little goes a long way, you can build it up to the level you want, (4) the highlighter is not dark even though it looks like it might be, it adds just a subtle glow when used lightly and you can use more and it will look like light is hitting that spot, again, buildable to what you want.

Very disappointed
I’ve been wanting to try Hourglass powders for a while as I love the lip products. This palette is so disappointing! First of all each shade is so small that it’s impossible to get just one shade unless you use a very small brush. The colors don’t show up on my face at all and I am fair/light skin! Even the blush! I don’t know if the formula in this palette is different than the regular products but this is NOT worth $80!!! I thought the packaging would be nicer too but it’s a cheap plastic. I have palettes half the price of this that are nicer.

Face highlighters and contour
Pigmented colors very easy to apply on. The highlights glide smoothly with a perfect shine that is very settled and can be add-on for more traumatic looks. My first tryout will definitely check more out as time goes by. I have very dry skin this doesn’t cake up my makeup at all which is a saver!

makes me feel flawless
This palette makes me feel flawless.... I love all the powders. I think this one might my favorite holiday hourglass palette. I do wish that they would come out with multiple palettes to accommodate different skin tones. I have light/medium skin stone with neutral undertone. The “orange” blush is my favorite; it gives a “hot” cheek look. Overall this palette will give a beautiful glow with a no makeup makeup vibe.

Anyone who is on the fence with this buy! It is amazing!!!! The finishing power is beautiful the glow is a 10 out of 10! Will be ordering more hourglass products In the future.
