What A Gem!
This has to be one of the most underrated products ever!
When I learned of this product being hailed as a cheaper, creamier alternative to CdP's cult concealer (which I found a bit too dry), needless to say I was skeptical. I have dark circles, redness around the nose, and hyperpigmentation from old blemishes that need covering, all on dehydrated, sensitive, acne-prone skin, so that's a tall order. I was using the Nars RCC, which I do like as well, but the finish just isn't as invisible as I would like it to be. So I gave this a try... and WOW! It is thick, but once it warms up on your skin, it becomes quite emollient and easy to work with, and then will eventually set to a radiant, skin-like, powder finish. For full-coverage, I like it best applied directly to the skin in thin layers and then buffed in with fingers. For medium coverage, I like to apply it directly onto fingers first to create some slip, before pressing and tapping it into the skin. A brush works fine as well, but I find that application method best for under the eye. I am also very impressed with their shade offerings -- I am roughly NC40-42, and find Honey to be a PERFECT color match. That said, these shades somehow seem to autocorrect into your skin tone, so I honestly could get away with using Tan or Almond in a pinch as well. All in all, for the effectiveness, quality, and value, I highly recommend!

NOT “Full Coverage”!
I’m in the market for a good concealer for under my eyes but also to cover my Port Wine Birthmark on my cheek. Thankfully my birthmark has been treated with a laser so is not much darker than a sunburn.
I use Hourglass stick foundation (after using Dior and Chanel for 20 years), and like it. Thought staying with the same brand would help with matching...
This concealer is LIGHT coverage. Almost the same as a BB cream! I tried to build coverage but it didn’t work.
It IS nice and creamy and would work well for a 20 something needing only light coverage for under eyes... maybe.
I’m not sure how this got so many 5 star reviews!

Favorite Concealer
I am in my 50's and need coverage under my eyes. This product applies so smooth and does not accentuate lines. It stays in place and looks great until I take it off.

Stays on all day!
I've used this concealer for years. The store I bought it from discontinued it and I was really happy to see Nordstrom carrying Hourglass. The lipstick style container makes it easy to use and smaller than other concealer containers. It's not as heavy as people say. Press lightly as it can come on thick. One of the best as it will last ALL. DAY. LONG.

This product doesn’t settle in fine lines. It is applied best with your finger. I am age range 27-30. I think this works best for dry under eyes.

Too thick!
I found this concealer a bit to thick and heavy to work with. It got cakey after a while. The color match was not very good either.
