What it does: This unique bristle and brush-free tool gets to the very base of the lashline, truly transforming your lashes. Its stainless-steel tip is double-cut at a 40-degree angle to deposit the perfect, most uniform amount of product without clumping, completely enveloping each lash from base to tip, giving you the most sophisticated, defined lashes. It's expertly engineered to be used from any angle for precision application to coat even the smallest lashes while also reaching the very base of the lash for a natural tightlining effect. How to use: For a tightlining effect, press and hold the Lash Instrument in a horizontal position along the roots of the upper lashes, coating the very base of the lashes.
