What it does: One coat of this clear, weightless lash-perfecting primer is designed to create the ideal base for your mascara, amplifying the performance for dramatically lifted lashes. A unique combination of flexible wax and solid film-former grips onto the lashes for unprecedented lift and hold, creating a sleek, silky base that perfects and extends the wear of mascara. The long-wearing formula is best removed with waterproof eye makeup remover.

How to use: Dip the lash instrument (sold separately) into the primer and apply to the base of your lashes, coating them from root to tip in a horizontal zigzag motion.
