How to use: Holding the neck of the mechanical pencil, twist the base. You will hear a click. Two clicks will dispense enough gel formula to line the eye. Only dispense product as needed, since the mechanical pencil does not retract. Use the pencil directly around the eyes to line as desired. Replace the cap after each usage to prevent drying. Remove with a waterproof makeup remover.
