wish I could have loved it
The jacket online looked amazing. Just what I wanted for fall.
Pros- True to size for your normal jacket size.
Cons- extremely disappointed in the quality especially from Ralph Lauren. The jacket trim that is suppose to look like leather is horrible. It’s like a cheap plastic trim. The patches on the elbows are the same horrible plastic as the trim. Coat has a plastic smell to it.
Based on the trim and patches I doubt I would get one fall out of this coat before the trim began to break apart and crack.
I so wanted to love this coat but sadly it’s going back.

on the fence
The style of this jacket is perfect but the sleeves are a little short and tight at the wrists and I have below average sized wrists (long arms though). The previous reviewer is right about the plastic smell and I’m on the fence about the leather like patches. Real leather would have made this 5 stars. Not sure if I’m keeping it or sending it back.
