Perfect shoe! I wear a women's 10/10.5 or european 41. In this men's style I ordered a men's 7uk. It works for me by providing a bit more width. Love the stitching and the neutral color. I have 3 other women's horsebit Gucci loafers that just fit closer and I still wear them but I like that this is just a bit different.
