Gorgeous shoe but not new
I was really excited to get this shoe and it was definitely a splurge for me but when I took them out of the box I could see that the leather across the vamp of both shoes looked slightly creased, the back of the heel of the left shoe was scuffed and the sole of the left shoe has marks on it. Not sure if these shoes were tried on and walked around in at the store but they are definitely not new. Whoever packed this shoe to ship to a customer ought to be ashamed. Truly disappointing.
