Hope Floral Embroidered Cocktail Dress

Looked beautiful, but the fabric was uncomfortable. The overlay fabric was stiff and scratchy. The design of the sleeves was restricting.

I love this dress. I usually wear a 6 and it's a bit snug. I don't think you should order a size down.

This was a pretty dress on but I chose another. I am 5'5, 130 lbs, and a 34C. The 4 fit just fine. There were a couple of pulled threads on the flowers but I believe cutting them would not harm the dress.

I received so many compliments on this dress, so in that respect it was 5 stars, BUT..........this was the most uncomfortable dress I think I have ever worn and I had to be in this dress for nearly 10 hours. I was nearly in tears by the time I got home from the wedding. I was ready to have the dress cut off of me just to get out of it. The fabric is so uncomfortable. Stiff lace, scratchy. As beautiful as the dress was and as many compliments as I received, if I could turn back the hands of time, I would have bought something else to wear to my son's wedding.

True to size, form fitting, no stretch, if you have wide shoulders and arms are on the bigger size this is not the dress for you. The sleeves are not stretchy and it might feel rough against the skin if there’s not room to move. I’m smaller on top and curvy at bottom, the dress folds a bit behind my waist due my body shape. Overall, the dress is beautiful!

Rough fabric, unpleasant on skin.
