Home Cook Cotton Apron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I may be tougher on aprons because I’m using this in a commercial kitchen and washing it at least 3 times a week but this didn’t hold up and immediately broke down from wear and tear. It’s a cute apron but I laid it down on a surface that may have had a cleaning product on it, and it immediately bleached out the area. To be clear we didn’t use bleach so that was disappointing. It happened again a few weeks later- a disinfectant bleached the apron so I have patchy stains on a generally faded color. A button on the top of the apron fell out in the wash and I’ve had to reconnect it by hammering it. The apron scrunches from washing and even ironing it or immediately folding it after it gets out of the dryer doesn’t make it maintain any smoothness. I’m not slim so I don’t know if it’s my body size or shape but I have to tuck an apron panel into the strings to get the overlapping effect you see in pictures. The label immediately started fraying on the front. Just- a cheaply manufactured piece.
