Used/worn shoe
I was excited to receive this pair of shoes, but to my surprise the shoes were used/worn. One star for Nordstrom. The shoes are going back. I’ll be purchasing somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happens. Nordstrom do better.

Walked into Somerset in Troy, MI looking for some shoes to replace my tired Nikes. I found these discounted HOKA shoes because the associate Sophia pointed out they were on the bottom rack. Viola, they were perfect and the price was right. You feel like you're floating in these, great support. The buying experienced was greatly enhanced because of Sophia's on-point customer service. If you're in Somerset Nordstroms, look for Sophia!

Too narrow, really ugly
This was my first Hoka sneakers purchase. They were extremely tight, so the sizing is off. They were probably made for people with very, very narrow feet. They're also beyond ugly. They look like the type of sneakers nurses or retirees would wear. They have a distinct orthopedic look, which is OK if that's what they're meant to be. They're just not the type of sneakers I would wear. Needless to say, this was my last Hoke purchase.
