Hip Enhancing Mid Thigh Padded Shorts

The visible ripples that another reviewer mentioned are real. I think if I sized down it may have helped but would’ve probably been too small in the waist. The front looked great but the ripples in the back would have shown through the sheath dress I was planning on wearing them with. So close, but not quite there.

i absolutely love these! lost 100+ pounds and lost my booty & hips- these are amazing, i bought $400 silicone hips that are separate and don’t have shorts they would always slide and so uncomfortable these are amazing they look beautiful with anything and pass the legging test no lines! i have a 32 inch waist & 44inch hips & got a large they compress my lower tummy so well !

Absolutely LOVE these. Unlike other shapewear, these aren’t designed to minimize what may be extra on your existing body; they’re designed to add to what’s missing, and they do that great! I’ve got noticeable hip dips, so I’ve tried a ton of combinations of pads and shapewear to try and resolve it, all with the same drawbacks - slipping, sweating, mismatched heights and even having to stave off nature’s call all night. These solved ALL of those problems. After seeing the concerns about the pad edges, I decided to order both the XL and 2X. Keeping in mind that these are NOT your typical Skims, the 2X turned out perfect. I did see a lot of rippling in the XL, but those went away in the 2X.

This helped me fill out that silk dresses that never quite fit right. Makes my waist look snatched. I wish I had this years ago! Huge boost to my confidence in these shorts and my fiancé has no issues with me wearing them now and then. Must understand that these are not meant for everyday wear

Ok so they literally just arrived and has surpassed my expectations! SO THIS IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO HAVE HIPS?! I purchased a 4x due to my apron belly and excess skin from major weightloss but I am considering ordering a 3x. Very heavily padded but beautifully gives my body definition and makes me appear more proportionate. They do feel kinda heavy while wearing but maybe that’s what it feels like to have natural hips lol won’t stop me from wearing them though! I love how I look in jeans, dresses and leggings (tried them on with all 3 prior to review). It also has a smoothing effect on my tummy. No butt enhancing though which I’m perfectly fine though. No weird bulging like other reviews mentioned. They may have ordered a size too big to experience that. Now I gotta see what else SKIMS is working with.
