Stripe Cape

I am still debating whether I love it or is just something different. In any case, I decided to keep it. it is different from most things you will find out there and it definitely got my interest for that. One thing is not obvious from the picture for the grey stripe - that the belt sort of goes inside the material a little away from the edge on the sides. as a result, you end up with a little bit of a "bat wings" affect. I found that removing the belt from the holes in the cape and just tying it around the waist completely over the cape was a much better look. Also, it is more of a style statement that something you will wear for warmth.

Saw this in the anniversary sale magazine and knew I had try it on definitely comfy and looks great with jeans or black pants. I do recommend sizing down as does run big. I am 6/8 and went with xsmall/small.

I ordered this in the brown combo to wear with light camel or cowboy boots. It's amazing and so different! I'm pretty small, a size 2, and the XS/S is still a little big, but the belt helps. This is soft and a fun piece!

This top is fabulous! I can tell it will be a staple in my closet for years to come. I wore just a plain white tee shirt underneath, but in winter months a long sleeve will work great too. I am glad it came with a belt, which is slightly longer than normal so you are able to "knot" it for a trendy look.

I fell in love with this cape the moment I tried it on. I love the feel of the fabric and the weight, which is perfect for Texas' mild fall temperatures. The belt hits me in a flattering way. I can't wait to pair this with a simple white shirt and leggings. I loved the fit and style so much, i ordered both colors. I am not that excited about the western/fringy trend for fall, but I feel this style transcends that trend and will be a versatile piece in my wardrobe for many seasons.
