Not for me but nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice dress but not for me. I thought the fabric would be a little softer and less stiff and would hang better. But the dress gets very wide at the bottom and since I am only 5’2”, it was not flattering. It fit well though.

Great dress!

Cons: As other reviewers noted, it is tight in the chest. If it had a little more room there, I’d give it 5 stars. Because of that, I had to size up and it’s not quite as flattering but I still really like it because of all the pros.
Pros: Great fabric, pockets, love the collar look that makes it look nicer but can still be casual, love the coverage in the chest and shoulders, and really appreciate the extra detail in the arm holes (they have a little extra lining).
I had to size up to an XL (the large was too small in the chest only, otherwise it was perfect.) I’m 5’ 6” 165 lbs and 34DDD. And I bought black.

Fit Issues for Petites
I so wanted this dress to work for me, but I had fit issues in both the XS (my usual size) and S. The XS was far too tight across the bust and shoulders. I'm a 32C with athletic shoulders. When I sized up to the S, there was a comical amount of volume in the lower part of the dress for my 5'3" frame. (The bust fit perfectly, though.) The fabric is stretchy and lightweight. The pockets are great! The construction of the dress seems quality-- I loved that the buttons were hidden under a placket. I'm disappointed the dress didn't work for me.
