Perfection
I have bought so many different swim tops trying to find the right fit with support but not squeeze the life outta ya and this is the PERFECT fit. Yes Goldilocks, an amazing swim top does exist!

Waaaaaay too small relative to the size guide
This style runs EXTREMELY small. I usually wear a L in all other brands and am squarely in the L range here too, but I could barely get this over my shoulders. When I did manage to get it on, my chest squished out the sides because the armholes are shaped towards the front rather than straight down the sides. If you plan to use this as a swim binder or are male-presenting, you may find your regular size to be sufficient (assuming you can get it over your shoulders). Otherwise, order at least two sizes up from your regular size. I don't even think an XL would fit.

I could not find a size that fit me comfortably. Tried a medium as suggested by the website sizing chart. Couldn’t even get it over my shoulders it was so small. So I ordered an XL that was too big. Then tried a large which was still slightly big. Exchanges and returns were easy.

Maybe a nice suit for the right person
I have several Tomboy X swim things which I love. I buy the sleeveless swimtops in a 5X so that they are loose around my abdomen. I have a Unisuit 4X that is skintight on me, but that's because I don't like the suit to be flopping around in water aerobics class. I bought this High Tide Tank hoping for a top that would be more swimsuit like on top (vs muscle shirt) but not skin tight around the abdomen. I bought it in 5X, but it is so loose on top that the arm holes expose too much and the shelf bra was useless. The top was skintight below the shelf-bra band of the suit. I returned it.
For reference, in underwear bottoms I buy Tomboy size 3. For shirts I buy Tomboy size 4 so that they are loose around my abdomen. I don't buy bras at all because they don't have enough support. I wear many Tomboy X things in different sizes. For example, I wear 3X- 9 inch boxer briefs as regular underwear, size 4X- 9 inch boxer briefs as shorts, and 2X modal 9 inch boxers when wearing leggings because the material is thin under tight leggings. I thought I had worked out what sizes work for me with the different items, but this suit did not fit how I wanted it too.
