High-Low Hem Wool Blend Coat with Fixed Bib

It took me ordering and trying on in the stores probably 12-15 different coats between Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom before I finally found this one that works for me. Most coats/jackets were too long because I am short ( 5 feet). Because it is wool, it has some weight so if you are looking for something light weight this is not the coat to pick. However, if you live somewhere it's cold and want a coat that keeps you warm walking in cold temperatures to and from the car: this is it. I would have preferred it having buttons rather than snaps on the outer portion, but it does give a clean appearance without buttons.

This coat arrived in a ball in plastic bag too small for the product. The coat was badly wrinkled and the nap of the wool was creased to the point it looked like a fabric flaw. AI “Nora” was less than helpful, either “keep it or return it”. Nordstrom used to do so much better. The coat would have been a keeper if it didn’t look like it had already been used and tossed in the laundry.
