Love the tie, but was a bumpy road to get it.
I love the tie. I had to return the first one because the heat sealed plastic bag the tie was melted to the fibers of the tie.. I returned it, which was extremely easy. I reordered it and the envelope was folded over and then sealed so when it arrived it was a wrinkled nightmare. I had to take it to the dry cleaners to have them remove the wrinkles removed before it could be worn. I don’t think I would purchase another tie from Nordstrom’s through the app.
