What it does: This eighth sheet pan is crafted from triple-bonded clad stainless steel with a responsive aluminum core designed to emit heat evenly, producing beautifully browned goods and perfectly roasted foods, while the roasting and cooling rack is crafted from stainless steel making it oven and dishwasher safe.

Additional features: When used with the sheet pan, the rack boosts air circulation around foods for even heat, for mise en place (ingredient preparation, roasting small portions, or even resting foods. Warp-resistant clad pan features wide curved handles, providing an easily accessible, firm hold when removing from the oven, even when wearing oven mitts.
