Pop Quiz Backpack

I like that this product has a lifetime guarantee. However, our son and I were both disappointed with this backpack especially considering that it is the most expensive backpack I've ever purchased for school. First, I was expecting the base to be a leather or leather-style material for durability (it's a fabric material). Second, it is much smaller than we expected...I thought it would have had more depth for books, etc. Third, the zippers truly test your level of patience! OMG, I really hate the zippers (especially the overlaying flap), we struggle with them every day and I'm constantly mumbling curse words each time I have to open or close any compartment on this dang thing! Fourth, I wish it had more compartments for odds & ends. Lastly, I gave two stars because of the lifetime guarantee and because the shoulder straps are padded and comfortable. We also like the stretch band that allows you to secure the excess strap in place without dangling (when it's adjusted for a shorter person).

Would have given 5 stars if the color was better described:)

So I wanted to love this backpack, I love the color and the brand. However we tried to use this bag for vacation and what a nightmare trying to open and close the bag. The zippers got stuck almost every time. A quick “ hey is the phone in your bag” turns into a fiasco. Lol. Mom I can’t open the bag then I go try with no luck. So I will definitely be returning ☹️so sad.
