Love this backpack as a sleek work bag!
This backpack is a great size, perfect work bag for me. Hidden laptop sleeve and great pocket space allows it to still look slim and sleek while still holding ALL of my stuff. It has a great minimal profile on my back—definitely not that overly bulky “I’m going on a 3 day hike” look you get from some back packs. Perfect for the workday and commute

Worst Backpack Ever Do Not Buy
I was really excited about this backpack it’s super cute but honestly not functional at all. You cannot fit anything in the water bottle pockets not even a really small water bottle or coffee cup. They are so stiff and small. If you happen to fit one in you can’t use both pockets at the same time it’s so stiff and doesn’t stretch at all. Same with the front pocket. You can maybe fit one really small item and if you do it’s so hard to zip. Whole backpack is really stiff and you can barely fit anything. Not at all worth how much you pay for it such a disappointment wish I could return.

not great for the price
Horrible front zipper. Some laptops won’t fit. Worst overall are the straps— don’t stay to where you adjusted them.

Love then returned
The outer zip pouch has a rough cumbersome zipper and small graber. It held all the things that I love to have with me. I would redesign the straps as thinner and with a triangle top threaded strap looping. But the tablet pocket was so great. I must have an outside pocket for my cell and keys. But I had to returned it . Sorry and thank you Nordstrom on line.

Bad straps, too loose
The straps alone were enough for me to not purchase in store, they were too loose even at the tightest setting. I found this to be an issue with all the Herschel mini backpacks in store, I tried 3 different styles and none of them fit. I'm not sure why they chose this impractical design, for a backpack at this price point, the least they can do is design them so the straps fit. I'm 5 '3 and 134 pounds for reference.
