came extremely wrinkled cannot give as gift
I saw this bag in the store and was excited to give it as a Christmas gift so then later I ordered it online. I just opened it and discovered that the bag is extremely wrinkled because it was smashed into a box that was too small without any padding inside of the bag and now has a bunch of wrinkles on it and as misshaped to the point where it is not presentable as a Christmas gift. I am very upset and sad right now! I just don’t understand why Nordstrom would ship something like this. It really doesn’t meet their standards at all.

GET THE BAG!!
